Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a variety of strategic, analytical, and finance roles.
- Established knowledge of financial concepts, with preferred experience in cash management and nonprofit restricted funds.
- Elite Google and Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Google Sheets and Excel.
- Systems and tooling adaptability with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI to create workflow efficiencies.
- Proven history of working well across a variety of teams to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
- Ability to own and drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent quantitative skills with an ability to shift between granular and high-level analysis.
- Rigorously detail-oriented approach with experience producing exceptional deliverables.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce or similar systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate revenue projections into deployable cash and partner with Water Programs to set the grantable water expense envelope.
- Ensure balance between donor restrictions and inventory capacity at the portfolio level, surfacing risks and driving solutions.
- Build and maintain a multi-year deploy model to develop large and multi-year pitch options with Revenue stakeholders.
- Manage the twice-yearly cross-functional effort with Revenue Operations and Accounting to allocate funds to water projects.
- Monitor organizational cash flow, escalating risks, and executing strategic timing of fund liquidation.
- Own the tracking, projecting, and reporting for organizational operational reserves.
- Build and maintain a multi-year investment and liquidity model to inform investment strategy and stress-test risk/reward tradeoffs.
- Support investment tracking and reporting in partnership with the Senior Director of Strategic Finance.
