Requirements
- Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems.
- Demonstrated experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI-powered applications.
- Proficiency in designing and building scalable, multi-tenant backend architectures.
- Practical experience with observability tools for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong ability to tackle complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready software.
- Comfortable with iterative development and high-autonomy environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Build core backend services for context ingestion, indexing, retrieval orchestration, and API access.
- Design and implement a scalable multi-tenant SaaS foundation, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, and audit logs.
- Develop APIs and service interfaces to support retrieval workflows for AI agents, tools, and internal applications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to make pragmatic architecture tradeoffs from prototype to production.
- Instrument services with observability tools to monitor metrics, logs, traces, and alerts.
- Contribute to technical strategy regarding storage, API contracts, and deployment patterns.
