Requirements
- Strong engineering experience in building production-grade, user-facing software systems.
- Practical experience with AI technologies, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering software successfully to production.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficiency in using observability tools to troubleshoot and understand system behavior.
- Ability to work autonomously, tackle complex engineering problems, and navigate ambiguity.
- Pragmatic mindset for fast iteration, prototyping, and feedback collection.
- Collaborative communication skills for working in a dynamic, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement core backend services for context ingestion, indexing, retrieval orchestration, and API access.
- Build a scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture including tenant isolation, usage tracking, audit logs, and background jobs.
- Develop APIs and interfaces for AI agents, CLI tools, and internal applications to access enterprise context.
- Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards to ensure system reliability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to make pragmatic tradeoffs between experimentation and production-grade stability.
- Contribute to technical direction regarding storage, architecture, and deployment patterns.
