Job Details

Strong engineering skills and solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems.
Familiarity with AI technologies, frameworks, and practical experience delivering AI solutions.
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that is in production and actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Ability to work through ambiguity and make pragmatic architectural decisions.
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows (bonus).
Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI (bonus).
Experience building tools for data engineering (bonus).

Design, implement, test, and operate services for context ingestion, context indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, and system administration.
Define and build the architecture for a multi-tenant service, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, and background jobs.
Build APIs and service interfaces for AI agents, CLI tools, and internal applications to retrieve context, provenance, and confidence signals.
Partner with the team to make practical tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term production reliability.
Instrument services with metrics, logs, and traces, and use observability tools to understand system behavior.
Contribute to technical direction, including storage choices, API contracts, and deployment patterns.
