Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering user-facing software into production.
- Strong engineering experience building production-grade backend systems.
- Experience with AI technologies, LLMs, and building GenAI-powered applications.
- Practical experience with prompt engineering.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with observability tools to troubleshoot system behavior.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills for a cross-functional, remote-first team.
- Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and build for scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and build core backend services for context ingestion, indexing, and retrieval orchestration.
- Develop scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture including tenant isolation, usage tracking, and audit logs.
- Build APIs for AI agents, CLI tools, and internal applications to access enterprise context.
- Partner across product and infrastructure teams to manage tradeoffs between fast iteration and long-term reliability.
- Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, and alerts using observability best practices.
- Contribute to technical strategy including architecture, storage choices, and API design.
