Requirements

  • Strong experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience administering Windows, Linux, and Unix server environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture, application services, and infrastructure management practices.
  • Experience with networking concepts, load balancing, CDN technologies, and cloud connectivity.
  • Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Load Balancer, Application Gateway) or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience managing databases including MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of container technologies, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
  • Experience implementing and supporting monitoring and logging solutions like Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity practices and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service-level management.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for cloud-based solutions across applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure.
  • Build, configure, and maintain cloud environments, development tools, networking, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions using Ansible and Terraform.
  • Support Dev, Test, and Production environments across Windows, Linux, and Unix servers.
  • Configure and manage cloud infrastructure components such as load balancing, application gateways, and CDN solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain database technologies including MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving APIs, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes environments.
  • Implement and maintain centralized logging using the ELK stack (Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana).
  • Ensure infrastructure security through updates, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Maintain disaster recovery strategies, redundancy mechanisms, and failover capabilities.
