Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management development and implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM).
- Experience implementing and supporting Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management modules.
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, REST APIs, Web Services, and Integration Manager.
- Experience with enterprise integration technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for complex production issues.
- Experience integrating workforce management applications with HR, Payroll, and third-party systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Boomi (preferred).
- UKG/Kronos certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management applications.
- Implement and maintain Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management modules.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between UKG, HR, Payroll, and third-party enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely issue resolution.
- Develop reports, interfaces, and customizations using UKG development tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and enhance system functionality.
- Participate in testing, deployment, system upgrades, and ongoing application maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation and configuration standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data security requirements, and WFM best practices.
