Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience, with strong experience in Go preferred.
- Proven experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Experience developing Kubernetes Operators.
- Strong understanding of API design and development principles, including RESTful APIs.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation.
- Experience in asynchronous Agile software teams is a plus.
- Experience building and training machine learning models is highly valued.
- Familiarity with WebSockets, microservices architectures, and distributed systems.
- 2+ years of experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Gorilla, Gin, or Echo is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain efficient, scalable Go code for machine learning components within a cloud platform.
- Design and improve AI and ML-related services, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Apply concurrency patterns such as goroutines and channels to optimize application performance.
- Build, test, and optimize software solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Improve code quality through refactoring, documentation, optimization, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to support engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed cloud environments.
