Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement within food or CPG.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing procurement and sourcing teams.
- Strong commercial negotiation and supplier strategy background.
- Knowledge of cross-functional MRP processes and data interpretation.
- Experience in change management and transforming procurement organizations in growth environments.
- Deep understanding of food safety, regulatory, and organic certification standards.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Must reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations teams.
- Define enterprise sourcing strategies to strengthen supply chain resiliency and support vertical integration.
- Manage large spend portfolios to deliver cost savings, value creation, and total cost of ownership improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in QA, Trade, Ops, Innovation, and Sustainability to align sourcing priorities with business goals.
- Establish frameworks for strategic negotiation, supplier management, cost modeling, and risk management.
- Oversee procurement performance including cost avoidance, inflation mitigation, and supplier-enabled innovation.
- Partner with FP&A on margin forecasting, commodity outlooks, and working capital targets.
