Job Details

Proven Klaviyo experience including building flows, segments, and campaigns from scratch.
Expertise in advanced flow logic such as triggers, filters, and conditional splits.
Proficiency with Liquid, dynamic personalization tags, and responsive HTML/CSS for email templates.
Deep understanding of data events, custom properties, and syncing data across Shopify, Klaviyo, and CRMs.
Experience with webhooks, APIs, or integration connectors like Zapier or Make.
Knowledge of deliverability fundamentals including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and list hygiene.
Technical experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM, specifically field mapping and data syncing.
Familiarity with subscription apps and retention mechanics in a DTC business model.
Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands, preferably on Shopify.
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately and on time.

Build and set up flows and campaigns in Klaviyo based on directives from the Retention team.
Configure the CRM technical layer, including triggers, events, flow filters, and conditional splitting.
Use Liquid, event/profile properties, and dynamic blocks for personalization and build responsive templates with HTML/CSS.
Manage the Shopify, Klaviyo, and Salesforce data sync, custom properties, and webhook/API integrations.
Maintain sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sending-domain health, and list hygiene.
Wire up subscription-app events and flows to support retention, including activation, rebill, and win-back sequences.
Build, QA, and schedule campaigns end-to-end and set up segmentation per strategy directives.
Set up and run A/B tests and report on execution metrics to the Retention leads.
