Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.Sc.).
  • At least 10 years of related experience in engineering or consulting for railway projects (15+ years preferred).
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience with CBTC systems, including delivery on two or more CBTC projects.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements (e.g., EN50126).
  • Expertise in writing technical specifications and proposals.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making qualities.
  • Demonstrable project management experience (scope, schedule, budget).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical consultancy and lead technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as technical lead for signal systems engineering with a focus on CBTC and signaling.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare project proposals, methodologies, and budget estimations.
  • Support business development initiatives including client acquisition and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends to identify and secure future project opportunities.
  • Mentor and educate consultants and engineers on signaling and systems engineering principles.
