- Direct and manage passenger rail vehicle engineering projects from concept to completion, including new vehicle procurement and modifications.
- Oversee technical aspects of rail and transportation projects.
- Lead or support teams, ensuring accuracy, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.
- Serve as a technical liaison with clients and stakeholders.
- Produce project deliverables within budget and scope.
- Guide and mentor lower-level engineering staff and work with clients and teaming partners.
- Develop project plans, specifications, analyses, calculations, reports, drawings, simulations, research studies, products, and user manuals.
- Deliver work in accordance with QA/QC procedures and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage in client relations, marketing, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
