Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in oncology and/or behavioral health.
- Proven track record of building trust and relationships with diverse practice administrators and clinical leaders.
- Experience managing accounts in customer success or through consulting engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to be scrappy, curious, and organized.
- Excellent communication and action-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset focused on daily operational improvement.
- Ability to work remotely and travel to partner locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation of new oncology practice partners from contract signing through go-live.
- Design and manage clear implementation plans, timelines, and success metrics.
- Serve as primary project manager coordinating internal cross-functional teams and external practice leadership.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with oncology practice leadership, providers, and administrative staff.
- Lead regular partner check-ins, quarterly reviews, and senior-level calls.
- Drive provider engagement with oncologists, nurses, and staff to support adoption and patient referrals.
- Monitor partner-level performance metrics and lead targeted interventions to improve outcomes.
