Requirements
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Understanding of architectural drawing standards in the U.S., including imperial units.
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce detailed architectural drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote team environments.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Massachusetts building codes and zoning regulations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details in Revit.
- Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings using Enscape or similar software.
- Prepare and update permit drawings in compliance with U.S. standards and Massachusetts Building Code.
- Contribute to schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.
- Assist in zoning/code analysis and compile documentation for permitting, bids, or client submissions.
- Organize and maintain project files, templates, and cloud-based folders.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items.
- Respond to client inquiries and integrate feedback into design workflows.
