Job Details

5 to 8 years of experience in financial services, reconciliations, data automation, or technical implementations.
Proven ability to run requirements workshops and translate unstructured needs into technical specifications.
Experience managing client relationships and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of data structures, data models, and transformation concepts.
Hands-on experience configuring or implementing SaaS platforms in a professional services setting.
Experience with AI or ML-driven solutions, model training, validation cycles, and iterative improvement.
Solid grasp of software systems, APIs, and integration architectures.
Strong data literacy with comfort in schemas and data flows.
Consultative approach with a track record of guiding clients to practical solutions.
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple client engagements effectively.

Conduct discovery exercises with clients to understand their data, processes, and business requirements.
Perform hands-on configuration of the Duco platform, including defining extraction logic, business rules, and output mappings.
Train and validate AI and ML models to improve accuracy, coverage, and autonomous operation.
Collaborate with client-side and internal engineering teams on custom integrations and bespoke configuration.
Support Project Managers with technical input on planning, scoping, and change management.
Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador, feeding client insight into the product roadmap.
