Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 4–6 years of experience in software development, engineering, or technical support roles.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, HTML5, CSS3, Angular 2+, and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, relational databases, and cloud-based application development.
- Proficiency with GitHub or similar version control systems.
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services, including DynamoDB, Redis, RDS, and Lambda.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
- Familiarity with AI development concepts including agentic frameworks, model context protocols, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Understanding of secure software development practices and common application vulnerabilities.
- Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated code with attention to security and architectural quality.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team events, including twice-yearly company retreats.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, test, and maintain high-quality web and mobile software applications using modern development practices.
- Build and enhance software solutions using .NET technologies, C#, Angular, and cloud-based architectures within an Agile development environment.
- Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and technical teams to contribute to software architecture decisions and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and optimize applications using AI-assisted coding tools and modern development workflows.
- Create AI-powered utilities, automation scripts, and workflows using Python and TypeScript.
- Implement secure coding practices and evaluate applications against OWASP security guidelines.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using SQL, stored procedures, and cloud-based data services.
- Design, deploy, and support software systems using AWS services.
- Review, test, and audit AI-generated code to identify technical debt and security risks.
