Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of agency experience.
- Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing account teams.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior-level clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic consultation and contribute meaningful insights to support client strategies and business objectives.
- Develop deep knowledge of client markets, including disease areas, healthcare providers, professional societies, competitors, and evolving treatment landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with clients and agency partners, including executive stakeholders.
- Oversee financial management activities, including scopes of work, forecasts, reconciliations, reports, pricing guidance, and budget tracking.
- Lead, mentor, and support account team members by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and encouraging professional development.
- Partner with project teams to review deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure successful execution of client initiatives.
