Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 7 years of agency experience.
- Pharma/healthcare agency experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking ability.
- Flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic insights and maintain deep familiarity with client markets, including disease states, clinicians, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships at agency-of-record accounts to identify opportunities and resolve issues early.
- Oversee financial management tasks including scopes, forecasts, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure profitability.
- Supervise account team members, providing clear goals, performance feedback, and training.
- Work in collaboration with project managers to troubleshoot issues and review jobs supporting new strategies.
- Act as an agency advocate to secure clarity and support agency points of view at high levels of the client organization.
