Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 7 years of agency experience.
- Pharma/healthcare agency experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Provide solid insights to strategic development process and develop deep familiarity with the client's market.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships at multiple agency-of-record accounts.
- Support the agency’s point of view at the highest levels of the client organization.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of financial documents including scopes, forecasts, and reports.
- Identify and develop opportunities for organic growth and productivity.
- Review jobs supporting new strategies and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with project managers.
- Supervise account team members, set clear goals, evaluate performance, and provide training.
