Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management roles.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accountability.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and managing relationships across different organizational levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and executive reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a centralized project intake process across multiple business areas.
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement executive reporting frameworks to provide visibility into portfolios, resource allocation, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and operational best practices.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, resolve dependencies, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including charters, roadmaps, schedules, and risk management plans.
  • Lead change management activities to support the adoption of project outcomes.
  • Mentor project managers and team members to promote organizational project management standards.
