Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in project management.
- 6+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Expertise in managing initiatives within cost, time, and quality parameters.
- Experience project managing M&A integrations is highly preferred.
- Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and contract oversight.
- Ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in influencing senior stakeholders and navigating resistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for HR Project Management and Business Management, establishing governance and operational cadence.
- Lead a team responsible for risk management, audit coordination, budget oversight, and contract management.
- Serve as primary project leader for complex initiatives including HR transformations and M&A integrations.
- Define and implement standardized project and business management practices across the HR function.
- Partner with senior HR and business leaders to align priorities and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
