Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Healthcare, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of leadership experience in quality improvement, quality assurance, compliance, or performance management environments.
  • Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and translating complex information into strategic recommendations and process improvements.
  • Experience within behavioral health, mental health, crisis intervention, nonprofit organizations, or related human services environments is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, policymakers, and external partners.
  • Experience developing policies, procedures, performance reports, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, agile, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with multiple priorities and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives across multi-channel crisis and support services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, operational audits, and reporting processes to track program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, best practices, and areas requiring corrective action, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive quality enhancement efforts across various service modalities, ensuring consistency, safety, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Manage investigations, audits, and compliance reviews while ensuring timely implementation of recommendations and sustainable improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with government agencies, network partners, vendors, and internal teams to strengthen service quality and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Lead the integration of AI-enabled quality monitoring solutions and support innovation initiatives that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements while mentoring and developing quality teams and direct reports.
