Requirements

- Expertise in market trend analysis, competitor pricing, and demand pattern forecasting.
- Analytical proficiency in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience utilizing revenue management systems and property management systems.
- Strong financial acumen to support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ownership mentality with a focus on holistic property business objectives.
- Demonstrated success in formulating and implementing revenue-maximizing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue and profitability across diverse hotel and multifamily property portfolios.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge pricing programs and yield management strategies.
- Forecast competitive set Year-Over-Year RevPAR changes for 90-120 days.
- Set and pivot weekly strategies to achieve positive RevPAR Index changes and accurate financial forecasts.
- Distribute weekly strategy notes on portfolio pickup, strategy impact, and risks.
- Conduct forecasting processes within a +/- 3% accuracy margin.
- Drive Length-Of-Stay, market segment, and source mix to increase Net Revenue and Operating Profit.
