Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in clinical analytics, HEOR, health economics, or a related domain.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing healthcare claims data and applying rigorous statistical methods.
- High proficiency in Python (preferred) or R.
- Fluency in SQL.
- Experience with time-series and nested/longitudinal data.
- Proven record of peer-reviewed publications or research projects in digital health or value-based care.
- Hands-on proficiency using AI tools for analytical and writing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and source data in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI data-privacy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute health-outcomes analyses to address questions from growth, strategy, and clinical teams.
- Utilize modern AI tools (e.g., LLM-based assistants) to accelerate literature reviews, analysis, coding, and manuscript drafting.
- Conduct literature reviews and manage the end-to-end process of manuscript development for peer-reviewed journals and white papers.
- Apply advanced statistical methods such as multilevel modeling, survival analysis, and difference-in-difference analysis to complex datasets.
- Generate economic and clinical evidence to support enterprise sales, client retention, and value-based care contracting.
- Work with medical and pharmacy claims data to quantify utilization, costs, and savings outcomes.
- Coordinate evidence generation projects across product, marketing, engineering, and business development.
