Requirements
- 3+ years of technical writing experience, ideally involving Markdown.
- Hands-on experience with website operations, specifically WordPress, Drupal, or Next.js.
- Proficiency in basic developer tooling, specifically Git.
- Experience with continuous delivery and agile workflows.
- Experience with remote-first online collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Write technical documentation based on the behavior of the Pantheon platform.
- Review documentation written by others.
- Act as a maintainer of the documentation GitHub repository, including periodic auditing.
- Set standards for writing and reviewing documentation to facilitate team scaling.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure platform changes are documented.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Success for coherent customer communications.
