Requirements
- 3+ years of technical writing experience.
- Experience with documentation systems involving Markdown.
- Hands-on experience with website operations (WordPress, Drupal, or Next.js).
- Proficiency in basic developer tooling like Git.
- Experience with continuous delivery and agile workflows.
- Experience with remote-first online collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Write technical documentation based on the behavior of the Pantheon platform.
- Review documentation written by others.
- Act as a maintainer of the Documentation GitHub repository including periodic audits.
- Set a positive example for writing and reviewing documentation to ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure platform changes are appropriately documented.
- Coordinate efforts with Marketing and Customer Success for coherent information architecture and feature descriptions.
