Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience in a Project Manager, BA, or engineering capacity.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of AdSales and the media entertainment industry.
- Experience working in story and task-tracking tools for Agile workflows.
- Ability to assess disparate data streams and distill them into actionable recommendations.
- Capable of transitioning between high-level strategy and day-to-day implementation.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Self-directed and self-motivated with critical thinking skills.
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
- Must be willing to provide support during non-business hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Partner with development teams to deliver new advertising sales applications.
- Manage the complete software development process including planning, design, implementation, testing, and enhancements.
- Drive project initiation, scoping, and planning, including developing project plans and user stories.
- Run Scrum meetings, stand-ups, and IPMs while maintaining Agile methodologies.
- Write and maintain user stories in tracking tools.
- Develop staffing and resource management plans.
- Evaluate project risks and create mitigation plans.
- Design and maintain standard processes for project execution.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure scalable, compliant application delivery.
