Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in legal tech, litigation support, or a professional services environment.
- Background in litigation as an attorney, paralegal, or litigation support professional.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end case delivery.
- Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw).
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Monday and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of case assessment, document review, production, and privilege workflows.
- High aptitude for learning new software tools and enthusiasm for AI-powered products.
- Ability to communicate clearly with attorneys and partners under pressure.
- High level of operational rigor regarding documentation and deadline tracking.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the named CS account owner for an assigned portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and escalating proactively when clients are at risk.
- Work in close partnership with the Sales Account Director, maintaining a shared view of account status.
- Own end-to-end project management for active cases, including kickoffs, timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
- Execute client services requests including building searches, workspace organization, and executing AI-assisted reviews.
- Advise attorneys on case strategy by translating platform capabilities into actionable workflows.
- Coordinate with the Data Services team to ensure data requirements are documented accurately.
- Triage and resolve technical or workflow issues, escalating through appropriate processes when needed.
- Document case status and handoff notes to maintain continuity and delivery quality.
- Develop deep product expertise, relaying feedback to the product team and participating in testing.
- Collaborate on internal CS documentation and process resources.
