Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a creative agency, in-house creative team, or similar within a high-growth environment.
- Proven experience collaborating on complex, cross-functional creative projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Deep understanding of social media platform nuances, aspect ratios, safe zones, and trending styles.
- Ability to craft engaging stories that combine motion graphics and live-action video.
- Strong systems thinking to turn processes into clean, scalable workflows.
- Comfortable traveling for occasional video shoots.
- Experience with camera operation, basic lighting setups, and audio recording is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create beautiful product animations, explainer videos, and product walkthroughs.
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-energy videos with a focus on pacing, color, and sound design.
- Slice long-form interviews and product demos into high-impact cutdowns for social and paid channels.
- Set up basic lighting and audio to capture high-quality interviews or b-roll.
- Experiment, ship, and iterate on creative assets daily.
