Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- 6+ years of direct experience in market access, reimbursement, and/or commercialization.
- 2+ years of consulting experience with demonstrated business development accountability.
- 5+ years of management and supervisory experience with a focus on coaching and team leadership.
- Proven experience with project leadership and executive sponsorship.
- Strong ability to interact and present to senior-level executives and health policy leaders.
- Expertise in analyzing market access trends across multiple stakeholder perspectives.
- Experience collaborating with policy colleagues to assess impact of legislation and federal regulations.
- Solid writing and storytelling skills for professional business communication.
- Ability to concisely explain complex concepts to executive audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and secure business, with a personal sales goal of $2M annually.
- Conceptualize project scopes, assemble cross-functional teams, and oversee delivery from initiation to completion.
- Manage client portfolios to ensure access to firm expertise and meet client objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement, market access, and commercialization for life sciences and provider industries.
- Create strategic and tactical recommendations to ensure optimal product market access.
- Lead solutions to complex client issues independently.
- Obtain speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities to drive new business.
- Collaborate across Global Market Access, Policy, and other business units.
- Mentor, supervise, and train team members across the Advisory practice.
