Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent years of experience.
- 7+ years of accounting experience.
- Expertise in creating journal entries and reconciling complex accounts.
- Experience with AP, Expense Reimbursements, and corporate credit cards.
- Proficiency in Netsuite.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Proven track record of meeting consistent deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records tracking assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and tax liabilities.
- Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
- Maintain accounting records, files, and the general ledger.
- Manage AP, Credit Card, and Employee Expense Reimbursement platforms.
- Set up new accounts, reconcile accounts, and close the monthly books using Netsuite.
- Reconcile payroll, customer, and vendor accounts.
- Verify and pay invoices associated with accounts payable.
- Provide external auditors with assistance by gathering required account information and documents.
- Assist with contract renewals and requests to ensure database accuracy.
