Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a related function.
- Proven experience supporting TA operations projects, process improvement, or system implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS support, workflows, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and process-related issues.
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and release coordination.
- Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work schedules aligned with North American time zones, including regular overlap with Eastern Time (ET).
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Talent Acquisition systems, tools, and operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide operational support to recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams.
- Manage and contribute to TA operations projects involving process improvements and system enhancements.
- Support the implementation of recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and coordinate releases.
- Maintain documentation, process maps, and enablement resources.
- Analyze operational data and insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive standardization and scalability.
