- Comfortable navigating and debugging large code bases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Build robust collections platform solutions to manage growing loan volumes.
- Collaborate with product managers, backbook risk teams, and engineering teams to implement recovery strategies.
- Maintain high availability and reliability of engineering systems.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as a requirement.
- Work proactively with stakeholders to provide visibility on project risks and trade-offs.
- Write clear, well-tested, and extensible code while balancing speed and quality.
