Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, process design, or product operations leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of building lightweight, well-adopted process frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and rolling out core operating processes at scale, including stage gates and planning cadences.
- Strong bias toward partnership and co-creation with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track record of leading cross-functional product launches end-to-end.
- People management experience leading teams of program managers or business operators.
- Comfort with both high-level strategy and operational execution.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Familiarity with K–12 education or school adoption cycles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Co-design and steward the cross-functional product planning calendar.
- Resolve planning misalignments by introducing lightweight frameworks.
- Maintain dynamic business unit and cross-product roadmaps.
- Design standardized end-to-end launch processes including readiness checklists and cross-stakeholder protocols.
- Co-develop launch playbooks with Go-To-Market, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Steward and evolve the five-gate stage gate process for product investment.
- Manage gate review orchestration and own scope change management processes.
- Identify and triage areas where new process infrastructure is needed or can be retired.
