Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, process design, or product operations leadership.
  • Demonstrated track record of building lightweight, well-adopted process frameworks.
  • Proven experience designing and rolling out core operating processes at scale, including stage gates and planning cadences.
  • Strong bias toward partnership and co-creation with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional product launches end-to-end.
  • People management experience leading teams of program managers or business operators.
  • Comfort with both high-level strategy and operational execution.
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with K–12 education or school adoption cycles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Co-design and steward the cross-functional product planning calendar.
  • Resolve planning misalignments by introducing lightweight frameworks.
  • Maintain dynamic business unit and cross-product roadmaps.
  • Design standardized end-to-end launch processes including readiness checklists and cross-stakeholder protocols.
  • Co-develop launch playbooks with Go-To-Market, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Steward and evolve the five-gate stage gate process for product investment.
  • Manage gate review orchestration and own scope change management processes.
  • Identify and triage areas where new process infrastructure is needed or can be retired.
