Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience with 0-to-1 build efforts, such as launching a new partnership category or entering a new market.
- Strong background in consulting, structured problem-solving, or early-stage startup operations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders and navigate large organizations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting deal structures to executives.
- Analytical mind with strong judgment and the ability to persist through long sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguous, complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from outreach through agreement and onboarding.
- Lead independent negotiations with insurance carriers and partners to structure deals and define value propositions.
- Design creative deal structures for partners and alternative arrangements to unlock relationships.
- Own post-close partner success to ensure ramp-up, engagement, and long-term partnership health.
- Contribute to vertical strategy by providing insights on partner acceptance to inform new product sequencing.
