Requirements
- BA or BS degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
- One year of direct hands-on manufacturing experience (e.g., Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, CI Manager).
- Experience with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and its components.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate technical networking, wireless, and software requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and function in a dynamic environment with multiple client demands.
- Must be able to travel Monday-Friday, 42 weeks per year.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred).
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide QAD Redzone customers with coaching needed for Connected Teams Coaching.
- Conduct onsite visits at the end of the project management phase.
- Perform initial software training and support the customer’s Practice Team.
- Configure and set up QAD Redzone software to match the production process at the manufacturing site.
- Monitor quality control and automation signals to ensure real-time data accuracy.
- Provide initial training for management, leads, and shop floor users.
- Facilitate project out briefs and report key outputs, risks, and performance summaries.
