Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O / F&SCM.
- Deep familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Demonstrated track record in new commercial business development roles.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an unstructured, building-phase environment.
- Comfortable navigating complex deals and long sales cycles.
- Resilient and proactive in finding new routes and building relationships.
- Strong ownership, quality, and output-focused mindset.
- Fluency in German to support the DACH region focus.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business within the Microsoft F&SCM partner ecosystem.
- Sell technical services (development, upgrades, assessments, managed services) to partners, not end customers.
- Build and manage strong relationships with partners across Europe.
- Identify where partners need support and strategically position technical services.
- Help establish and grow the company's F&SCM presence in the enterprise space.
