Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Significant experience in M&A, corporate development, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles.
- Proven experience managing acquisition processes, including valuation, diligence, negotiations, and integration planning.
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build acquisition pipelines and identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Ability to operate independently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of software, technology, or related high-growth business environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead M&A strategy and execution including market research, pipeline development, due diligence, and transaction management.
- Develop market maps and acquisition theses across targeted industries.
- Manage the full M&A lifecycle from sourcing through closing and integration planning.
- Build integration playbooks and operating frameworks for various acquisition models.
- Manage strategic corporate initiatives focused on transformation, operational improvement, and technology investments.
- Develop business cases, project plans, and success metrics in partnership with executive sponsors.
