Requirements
- BA or BS degree
- Previous district level management experience in a multi-branded or retail food service organization
- Demonstrated success with multiple client interface at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinking capability
- Proposal and proforma experience
- Ability to read and interpret financial data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel 50%-60% of the time
Responsibilities
- Work with operations to demonstrate excellence in quality, service, innovation, and value
- Perform territory management by prioritizing and engaging with clients to discuss ongoing strategies
- Conduct strategic client interviews and fresh eyes reviews
- Develop multi-level client contact and relationship retention strategies
- Support contract extension and re-negotiations processes
- Lead the rebid process for top accounts
- Manage the overhead budget
