Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or another analytical role.
- Experience building reporting and visualization solutions using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages is a plus.
- Prior experience within medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder requests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Create, maintain, and improve reporting dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
- Manage incoming analysis requests, prioritize projects, and independently execute reporting initiatives.
- Support commercial operations programs including compensation planning, quota management, business planning, and territory design.
- Build and optimize operational processes and methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to organize and interpret data for strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other analysts regarding analytical best practices.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and practical recommendations.
