Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar business process consulting role.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Solid understanding of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including integrations, security solutions, upgrades, debugging, and custom applications.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in iterative delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex business scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Experience creating clear documentation, functional specifications, and stakeholder communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to continuously develop ServiceNow expertise through certifications and platform training.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements and user stories for ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on IRM solutions.
- Understand customer processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Own business requirements, define priorities, and ensure alignment between clients, end users, and delivery teams.
- Conduct impact assessments on existing business processes and ServiceNow IRM functionalities.
- Create functional specifications, workflows, wireframes, mock-ups, and documentation to support solution delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare and deliver demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for stakeholders.
- Support the creation of test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and functional validation processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
