Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SaaS integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON structures, and data mapping concepts.
  • Ability to analyze complex manual processes and transform them into efficient, logical automated workflows.
  • Experience managing integrations between business applications and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and deliver solutions in a remote-first environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating through tools such as Jira and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for improving operational efficiency through technology and automation.
  • Commitment to supporting initiatives that expand access and opportunity in STEM education.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize end-to-end automated workflows across core business platforms using Workato and/or similar iPaaS automation tools.
  • Partner with business and product stakeholders to identify operational challenges and convert manual processes into efficient automated workflows.
  • Analyze existing administrative processes to uncover automation opportunities and improve productivity.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms, ensuring accurate data movement and reliable system connectivity.
  • Manage API connections, monitor automation performance, and implement proactive error handling to maintain workflow reliability.
  • Create scalable automation solutions that support organizational growth and operational consistency.
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term improvements.
  • Ensure integrations follow best practices for security, maintainability, and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with remote teams using modern productivity and project management tools to deliver automation initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent by promoting automation adoption and improving digital workflows across the organization.
