Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in information security, security architecture, or cloud security engineering.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security and native cloud architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience securing CI/CD pipelines, container security, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Proven experience conducting threat modeling and security architecture reviews for complex systems.
- Strong understanding of application security, OWASP, secure SDLC, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2).
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), SSO, MFA, and least-privilege models.
- Experience with network security concepts, Zero Trust principles, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Java, or Bash).
- Familiarity with securing macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Ability to translate security requirements into practical technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain security architectures, reference models, and technical security standards across cloud and development environments.
- Perform security architecture reviews for cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and infrastructure services.
- Conduct threat modeling, security assessments, and technical risk evaluations to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Define and implement cloud security controls, including access management and network segmentation.
- Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and software supply chain.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI platforms and tools, to establish secure adoption frameworks.
- Provide guidance on application security, API protection, authentication, and encryption standards.
- Support incident response and provide expert guidance for complex security matters.
