Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience within an RIA, broker-dealer, bank, insurance organization, or similar financial services environment.
- Proven experience managing complex workflows, client lifecycle processes, or advisor-focused operating models.
- Strong understanding of practice management concepts and scalable processes within wealth management.
- Experience designing and implementing adoption programs, training initiatives, or enterprise enablement strategies.
- Ability to lead discovery workshops and recommend practical solutions for operational challenges.
- Strong strategic communication skills with the ability to influence executive audiences.
- Experience creating presentations, educational materials, and thought leadership content.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and wealth management technology ecosystems.
- Understanding of compliance, security, and integration considerations within financial institutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work core hours aligned with Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones.
- Must be able to travel periodically to meet clients and participate in industry events.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership at RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance firms to align solutions with enterprise goals.
- Design and execute practice management strategies, including implementation plans and adoption roadmaps.
- Develop scalable programs, best practice resources, webinars, playbooks, and educational content.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify workflow challenges, technology gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the organization at conferences and client events as a subject matter expert.
- Build executive relationships and communicate strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and actionable insights for business outcomes.
