Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated background in managing product roadmaps, setting priorities, and successfully driving feature releases.
- Understanding of the software development process, including experience with APIs.
- Ability to understand and translate customer needs into business and technical requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and teams from diverse backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product strategy and vision, aligning with client's mission to provide fast and reliable residential deliveries.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development of innovative features and services throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement in last-mile delivery services.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform decision-making.
