Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience as an independent individual contributor.
- Direct experience owning an agentic product or AI-agent experience in production.
- Strong understanding of agent workflows, prompt engineering, and evaluation systems.
- Track record of owning roadmaps for internal platforms, workflow tools, or knowledge-grounded AI systems.
- Experience building Slack-based or chat-based product experiences.
- Familiarity with ticketing/service workflows like Jira Service Management (JSM).
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working in Agile teams and 100% remote environments.
- Fluent English for daily communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day product management including scoping, prioritization, requirements, and backlog management.
- Shape and improve AI prompt effectiveness, workflows, and mitigate hallucination issues.
- Define performance metrics and translate data findings into actionable roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Engineering and Support Operations to optimize escalation routing and fulfillment loops.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage stakeholder updates, and execute iterative lifecycle changes.
- Prepare and facilitate bi-weekly product syncs and reviews with the IT Leadership Team.
