- Own the Messaging Platform roadmap for agent productivity and AI-assisted interactions.
- Define and execute the Virtual Agent and channel roadmaps across web, mobile SDKs, Apple Messages for Business, WhatsApp, RCS, and voice.
- Lead AI Services such as automatic conversation summaries, voice-to-text transcription, and AI-augmented response generation.
- Evaluate accuracy, latency, and trust tradeoffs for AI Services.
- Represent the product surface to customers and account teams, translating customer pain into a prioritized roadmap.
- Own external product documentation and ensure documentation ships with features.
- Balance customer commitments, technical debt, and platform investments in product strategy and roadmaps.
- Establish metrics and telemetry to measure product outcomes and support data-driven decisions.
