- 6+ years of experience designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces.
- B2B data or marketing product experience is a bonus.
- Visual, UI, and interaction design expertise.
- Ability to take a user problem from idea to high-fidelity solution.
- Figma proficiency.
- Curiosity about and active engagement with AI technologies.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapid-experimentation environments.
- Familiarity with Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Innovate 0-1 product features in uncharted territory.
- Demonstrate design thinking through rapid prototyping.
- Connect directly with customers through research sessions to influence product direction.
- Synthesize insights from usage data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate directly with designers, engineers, and product managers to define product details.
