- Deep understanding of digital storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific content strategies.
- Experience editing for professional or B2B audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with content teams, SMEs, and marketers.
- High attention to detail, process-driven approach, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and creative challenges.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours and meet EST-aligned deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Edit full-length podcast episodes for visual and audio clarity, pacing, and narrative flow.
- Produce short-form, platform-specific content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and other channels.
- Apply advanced techniques such as sound mixing, motion graphics, captioning, transitions, and color correction.
- Work with producers and hosts to shape editorial direction and identify high-impact segments.
- Maintain consistent workflows across Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, or equivalent tools.
- Optimize assets for SEO, thumbnails, and metadata to boost reach and discoverability.
- Interpret platform analytics to adjust content strategy and increase retention and engagement.
- Translate technical B2B topics into visually accessible content.
- Manage overlapping projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote team setting.
