Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or production company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and problem-solving for digital and social-first marketing.
- Hands-on design expertise with the ability to provide pixel-perfect feedback to team members.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and the ability to provide clear direction to motion designers.
- Ability to translate complex product features and UI into engaging visual stories.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and present creative work.
- Proactive approach to keeping projects on track and identifying potential issues.
- Willingness to travel for photo and video shoot support (approximately <10% of the year).
- Interest in staying current with industry developments and AI tools.
- Experience working with technology or recognized brands is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a writing partner to develop insight-driven creative concepts and execute high-quality visual designs.
- Create and guide designs for social and digital campaigns while managing tight budgets.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, becoming an expert on brand culture, products, and expectations.
- Partner with Design and Motion teams to refine processes and improve creative output.
- Lead the development and presentation of pitch materials for major and complex brand campaigns.
- Ensure the highest quality of strategic and design deliverables across multiple brand relationships.
- Provide hands-on support for photo and video shoots, including potential overnight travel.
